- 1/4 cup liquid olive oil
- 2 tbsp liquid fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp liquid white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves unit garlic minced
- 1 tsp dry dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dry dried rosemary crushed
- 1/2 tsp dry salt
- 1/4 tsp dry black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, crushed rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Place your chosen protein or vegetables in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the food, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Refrigerate and marinate for the recommended time: 30 minutes to 1 hour for fish/vegetables, 2-4 hours for chicken/pork, or up to 8 hours for tougher cuts of meat.
