Give plain crackers a flavorful boost when you roast them with paprika and oregano. For a touch of smokiness, try smoked paprika instead of regular. Serve with hummus, cheese or your favorite dip.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups whole-grain crackers or pita chips about 4 ounces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Combine oil, paprika, oregano and salt in a large bowl. Add crackers (or chips) and toss to coat. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on the pan for 10 minutes.

To make ahead: Store airtight at room temperature for up to 3 hours.
