Give plain crackers a flavorful boost when you roast them with paprika and oregano. For a touch of smokiness, try smoked paprika instead of regular. Serve with hummus, cheese or your favorite dip.
3cupswhole-grain crackers or pita chipsabout 4 ounces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Combine oil, paprika, oregano and salt in a large bowl. Add crackers (or chips) and toss to coat. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
