Ingredients
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 0.5 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
- 0.25 tsp ground ginger or a small piece of fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (milk, turmeric, ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger, honey/maple syrup, and black pepper) in a small saucepan.
- Whisk constantly over medium heat until the mixture is warm, fragrant, and slightly frothy, typically 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to let it boil.
- Pour the Golden Moon Milk into your favorite mug.
- Sip slowly and mindfully, about 30-60 minutes before you plan to go to sleep.
Notes
