Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 tsp ground ginger or a small piece of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients (milk, turmeric, ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger, honey/maple syrup, and black pepper) in a small saucepan.
  • Whisk constantly over medium heat until the mixture is warm, fragrant, and slightly frothy, typically 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to let it boil.
  • Pour the Golden Moon Milk into your favorite mug.
  • Sip slowly and mindfully, about 30-60 minutes before you plan to go to sleep.

Notes

For a vegan option, use plant-based milk like almond or oat milk. Adjust honey or maple syrup to your desired sweetness. A tiny pinch of black pepper enhances turmeric absorption. You can also add a drop of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
