Ingredients
- 1 can tinned octopus in olive oil
- 1 can tinned mackerel in olive oil
- 1 cup crackers assorted
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil good quality
- 0.25 tsp flaky sea salt
- 0.5 lemon lemon wedges for serving (optional)
- 1 sprig fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange crackers on a serving board or plate.
- Carefully remove the tinned octopus from its can, draining excess oil, and place it artfully on the board among the crackers.
- Similarly, place the tinned mackerel on the board.
- Drizzle the tinned fish lightly with a good quality extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the fish.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and dill or parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
