Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 0.25 cup granola low-sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or portable container, start with a layer of half the Greek yogurt.
  • Add half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
  • Repeat the layers: remaining yogurt, then remaining berries, and finally the rest of the granola.
  • If desired, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  • Close the container and refrigerate until ready to eat. For best results, assemble granola just before serving to maintain crunchiness.

Notes
