  • 0.5 cucumber grated
  • 25 g fresh coriander chopped
  • 0.5 tsp crushed cumin

  • Grate the half cucumber and gently squeeze out any excess water using a paper towel or clean cloth. This prevents the dip from becoming watery.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped fresh coriander, and crushed cumin.
  • Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary, adding salt, pepper, or a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the flavors.
