Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 0.5 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder organic
- 0.5 tsp reishi mushroom powder organic
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 0.5 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 0.25 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Combine filtered water, coconut water, ashwagandha powder, reishi mushroom powder, maple syrup, grated ginger, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice cubes to a glass.
- Pour the adaptogen mixture over the ice.

Notes
