Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 0.5 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder organic
  • 0.5 tsp reishi mushroom powder organic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 0.5 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine filtered water, coconut water, ashwagandha powder, reishi mushroom powder, maple syrup, grated ginger, and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Add ice cubes to a glass.
  • Pour the adaptogen mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder drink, pre-chill ingredients. Adjust sweetener to taste. You can also add a slice of orange or a cinnamon stick for garnish. For an extra immune boost, consider adding a dash of ginger juice.
