Ingredients
- 1 ball burrata cheese drained
- 200 g sliced Greek-style turkey breast or grilled chicken
- 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
- 0.5 cup tzatziki store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium cucumber sliced into rounds
- 0.5 cup kalamata olives pitted
- 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup fresh dill chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges for serving
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
- 4 pcs pita bread warmed and cut into triangles
- 1 cup bell peppers mixed colors
Instructions
- 1. Choose a large platter, wooden board, or serving tray for your grazing board.
- 2. Gently place the burrata cheese prominently on the board. Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if using.
- 3. Arrange the sliced Greek-style turkey breast artfully around the burrata, folding slices for volume.
- 4. Spoon the hummus and tzatziki into small decorative bowls and place them strategically on the board.
- 5. Scatter the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, Kalamata olives, and sliced bell peppers around the dips and proteins, filling in gaps.
- 6. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables and turkey for added flavor and texture.
