  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (optional

Instructions

  • Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it's warm and steamy but not boiling. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the honey (or maple syrup) until dissolved.
  • Pour the golden moon milk into a mug and enjoy warm.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based milk like almond, oat, or coconut milk. Add a pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption. A dash of cinnamon, ginger, or cardamom powder can also be added for extra flavor and warmth.
