- 4 medium cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.125 tsp black pepper
- 1 large lemon (half sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
