Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Black olives pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and dried oregano. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
