Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cucumber sliced
- 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Black olives pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.25 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and dried oregano. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
