Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and dried oregano. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
