Instructions
- Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions. Typically, boil them in water until they become translucent and chewy, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare a strong batch of black tea. Let it cool down completely, then chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
