  • 4 cup water filtered
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar raw
  • 1 inch ginger fresh
  • 0.25 cup molasses or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and your chosen sweetener in a pitcher.
  • Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust sweetener or ginger if desired.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld, or overnight for a stronger ginger kick.
  • Strain out the ginger slices before serving, if preferred.
  • Serve chilled over ice.

Notes
