Grounding Adaptogen Latte
A warm, soothing adaptogen latte crafted to provide both grounding calm and a gentle energy boost, perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp ashwagandha powder adaptogen for grounding
- 0.25 tsp maca powder natural energy + hormone balance
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon circulation and warmth
- 0.5 tsp raw cacao mood enhancer + magnesium
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup optional
- Tiny pinch Himalayan pink salt enhances absorption and grounding
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe mug, gently warm 1 cup of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based) until hot but not boiling.
- Add the ashwagandha powder, maca powder, cinnamon, raw cacao, raw honey (or maple syrup), and Himalayan pink salt to the warm milk.
- Whisk vigorously until all powders are fully dissolved and the latte is frothy. A small frother or blender can also be used for a smoother texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour into your favorite mug, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao if desired, and enjoy this grounding and energizing adaptogen latte.
Notes
