  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, combine the grated fresh ginger, fresh lemon juice, and honey (if using).
  • Stir well to dissolve the honey and mix the flavors.
  • Add the ice cubes to the glass.
