Instructions
In a glass, combine the grated fresh ginger, fresh lemon juice, and honey (if using).
Stir well to dissolve the honey and mix the flavors.
Add the ice cubes to the glass.
Pour the Culture Pop Soda over the mixture.
Gently stir and serve immediately.
Notes
