Ingredients
- 1 cup tart cherry juice unsweetened
- 1 cup chamomile tea brewed and cooled
- 0.5 cup cold water or sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- 4-5 cubes ice
- 1 slice lemon or fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 1 cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely. You can do this in advance and refrigerate.
- In a glass, combine the cooled chamomile tea, tart cherry juice, and cold water (or sparkling water).
- If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint, if using.
- Stir gently and enjoy your calming Sleep Cherry Chamomile Mocktail about 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Notes
