Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup tart cherry juice unsweetened
  • 1 cup chamomile tea brewed and cooled
  • 0.5 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 4-5 cubes ice
  • 1 slice lemon or fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely. You can do this in advance and refrigerate.
  • In a glass, combine the cooled chamomile tea, tart cherry juice, and cold water (or sparkling water).
  • If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint, if using.
  • Stir gently and enjoy your calming Sleep Cherry Chamomile Mocktail about 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Notes

For a fizzy twist, top with sparkling water instead of plain water. Adjust honey to your sweetness preference or omit entirely for a zero-sugar option. You can also brew a stronger chamomile tea for a more pronounced calming effect. Store any leftover mocktail in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
