Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp mushroom coffee blend (e.g. Lion's Mane
- 0.5 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) optional
- 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup honey
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder optional
Instructions
- Heat water to your desired temperature, just below boiling.
- In a mug, combine the mushroom coffee blend with a small amount of the hot water and stir well until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Add the remaining hot water and stir thoroughly.
- If using, warm your milk separately and froth it for a creamy texture. Gently pour the frothed milk into your mushroom coffee.
