Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp mushroom coffee blend (e.g. Lion's Mane
  • 0.5 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) optional
  • 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup honey
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat water to your desired temperature, just below boiling.
  • In a mug, combine the mushroom coffee blend with a small amount of the hot water and stir well until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Add the remaining hot water and stir thoroughly.
  • If using, warm your milk separately and froth it for a creamy texture. Gently pour the frothed milk into your mushroom coffee.
  • Stir in any desired sweetener and cinnamon powder. Serve immediately and enjoy your focused boost.

Notes

Adjust mushroom powder to taste. For a creamier drink, use frothed milk (dairy or plant-based). Add natural sweeteners like maple syrup or stevia if desired. You can also blend with a teaspoon of coconut oil for extra brain boost and richness.
