Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, optional sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Stir vigorously for about 1 minute to prevent the chia seeds from clumping. Ensure all seeds are submerged in the liquid.
- Gently fold in the diced fresh strawberries.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, until the pudding has thickened.
