Ingredients
- 8 count Flour tortillas (large
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Pepperoni slices (mini or regular
- 0.5 cup Pizza sauce (optional
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. If desired, spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese down the center of each tortilla. Top with a generous amount of pepperoni slices.
- Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito. Ensure the filling is securely enclosed.
- Place the rolled burritos seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of the burritos lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese inside is melted and bubbly. For extra cheesiness, sprinkle a little more mozzarella on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
