A refreshing and gut-friendly smoothie packed with probiotic yogurt, fruits, and healthy additions to kickstart your day or re-energize your afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
- 0.5 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 0.5 tsp chia seeds optional
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, milk, mixed berries, and banana (if using) in a blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chia seeds, if using, and blend for a few more seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use any fruit combo you like. Add a scoop of protein powder for extra fullness. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
