Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.5 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Greek yogurt, milk, mixed berries, and banana (if using) in a blender.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in chia seeds, if using, and blend for a few more seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use any fruit combo you like. Add a scoop of protein powder for extra fullness. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
