Instructions
Combine Greek yogurt, milk, mixed berries, and banana (if using) in a blender.
Add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chia seeds, if using, and blend for a few more seconds.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use any fruit combo you like. Add a scoop of protein powder for extra fullness. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
