Ingredients
- Ice cubes Ice to taste
- 1/4 cup Mango sauce
- 1/2 cup Apricot juice
- 1/4 cup Nectarine chopped
- 1 tbsp Basil seeds soaked (or chia seeds)
- 1/4 cup Peach jelly cubed
- 1/4 cup Mango jelly cubed
- 2 tbsp Strawberry sauce for garnish
- 1 tsp Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare basil seeds by soaking them in 1/4 cup of water for 10-15 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
- In a tall serving glass, add a generous layer of ice cubes.
- Carefully pour in the mango sauce and then the apricot juice, allowing them to layer or swirl slightly.
- Gently add the chopped nectarine pieces, the soaked basil seeds, and the cubed peach and mango jellies into the glass.
- Drizzle the strawberry sauce artistically along the inside perimeter of the glass for a visually appealing effect.
- Top with a few more ice cubes if desired and sprinkle with decorative sprinkles.
