- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ginger grated
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

- 12 wooden skewers soaked in water
Instructions

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours, or even overnight. You can also use pork or beef for this recipe. Serve with steamed rice and a fresh cucumber salad. If using wooden skewers, remember to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
