Instructions
 

  • Choose your tinned fish. Select a variety of textures and flavors, such as sardines in olive oil and smoked trout.
  • Arrange your serving board. Place the open tins of fish directly onto the board, or gently transfer the fish to small dishes, drizzling with their oil or fresh olive oil.
