Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar (if using).
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it just begins to simmer, about 5 minutes. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely. The honey will infuse with the spice as it cools.
