Ingredients
- 60 ml vodka
- 30 ml elderflower liqueur
- 30 ml raspberry syrup or grenadine
- 15 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 120 ml soda water chilled
- 3 small edible flowers for garnish
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice to the glass.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Top with chilled soda water.

For a less sweet version, reduce the simple syrup or add more soda water. Garnish with edible flowers or a lemon twist. This can easily be made into a mocktail by omitting the vodka and adding more soda water or a non-alcoholic floral syrup.
