Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2 tsp butterfly pea powder (or 2-3 dried flowers) for color and relaxation
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup or to taste

Instructions

  • Pour into your favorite mug.
  • Sip slowly and enjoy about 30-60 minutes before bedtime for optimal relaxation.

Notes

Feel free to use any milk you prefer – dairy, almond, oat, or coconut milk all work wonderfully. Adjust the sweetness to your liking. For an extra boost, you can add a pinch of ground cardamom or ginger. Serve warm in your favorite mug about 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
