Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons SIUKAY spicy chicken and cheese flavor mix divided
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, 2 tablespoons of SIUKAY mix, salt, and pepper. Ensure chicken is evenly coated.
  • Set up a dredging station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten egg in a second, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with the remaining 2 tablespoons of SIUKAY mix and Parmesan cheese in a third.
  • Dredge each chicken piece: first in flour, shaking off excess; then in egg; and finally in the panko-SIUKAY-Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat thoroughly.
  • Arrange coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they are not touching.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and breading is golden and crispy, flipping halfway. Alternatively, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. These bites are excellent on their own or with a side of ranch or a creamy cooling dip.

Notes

For an extra cheesy flavor, add a sprinkle of cheddar cheese to the panko mix. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or a cooling yogurt dip. These bites are excellent as an appetizer or a fun snack.
