Ingredients
  

  • 4 piece white fish fillets such as cod
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a paste.
  • Spread the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each fish fillet.
  • Place the seasoned fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
