Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 0.5 cup white rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 cup grenadine
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup (optional
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 4 cups ice
  • 1 slice orange for garnish
  • 1 cherry maraschino for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine dark rum, white rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, grenadine, simple syrup (if using), and Angostura bitters in a large pitcher.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Add ice to the pitcher and stir again until thoroughly chilled.
  • Serve immediately over fresh ice in individual glasses, garnishing each with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum. Garnish with fresh fruit slices like orange, lime, or pineapple, and a cherry. Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less simple syrup or grenadine.
