Ingredients

package frozen peas, thawed

finely chopped

hard-cooked eggs
chopped

mayonnaise
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine peas, onion, hard-cooked eggs, and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for one hour before serving.
Notes
If you like a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise to taste.
