  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 lemon juice (approx. 1-2 tbsp)

  • Combine water, unsweetened cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, and ground turmeric in a glass or blender.
  • Stir well until the turmeric is fully dissolved. If using fresh turmeric root, blend all ingredients until smooth and strain if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, add a touch of honey or maple syrup. A tiny pinch of black pepper (not required for taste, but beneficial for absorption) can be added to enhance turmeric's effectiveness.
