  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (your choice)
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1 tbsp butter (unsalted)

Instructions
 

  • Combine honey, hot sauce, chili powder, and grated garlic in a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the butter until fully melted and incorporated.
  • Let the glaze cool slightly before serving. The glaze will thicken slightly as it cools.

Notes

Adjust hot sauce to your preference. Great on fried chicken, pizza, wings, or roasted root vegetables. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
