Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk any type (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg grated or ground
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Pinch black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine milk, turmeric powder, ashwagandha powder, nutmeg, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of black pepper (if using).
  • Heat over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until warm and frothy, but do not boil. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy warm, preferably 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Notes

Use plant-based milk for a vegan option. Adjust sweetness to taste. A pinch of black pepper enhances turmeric absorption. For an extra creamy texture, blend all ingredients before heating.
