  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk chilled
  • 1 tablespoon ube extract or to taste

  • 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chilled full-fat coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, and ube extract.
  • 2. Whisk the mixture vigorously until all ingredients are well combined and smooth, ensuring the ube extract is evenly distributed to achieve a uniform vibrant purple color.
  • 3. Taste the mixture and adjust the amount of ube extract if you desire a stronger ube flavor or a more intense purple hue.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes, ramekins, or a larger dessert container.
  • 5. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until it is firm and well-set.
  • 6. Serve cold, garnished with your favorite toppings such as toasted coconut flakes, a sprig of mint, or fresh fruit.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, ensure coconut cream is well-chilled before mixing and allow for longer refrigeration time.
