Instructions

  • While bread toasts, cook eggs. For poached, bring water to a simmer, crack eggs in, cook 3-4 minutes. For fried, heat oil in a pan, cook eggs until whites are set and yolk is runny.
  • In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mashed avocado generously over each slice of toasted bread.
  • Carefully place one cooked egg on top of the avocado on each slice.
  • Garnish with everything bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious, TikTok-worthy brunch!
