  • 1 tsp butter for skillet method (optional for air fryer)

Instructions

  • If using the skillet method: Place a skillet over medium-low heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  • Carefully place the cooked, glazed protein skin-side down (or glazed-side down) into the skillet.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, monitoring closely until the glaze is crispy and golden.
  • If using the air fryer method: Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  • Arrange the cooked, glazed protein in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the glaze is beautifully crispy. Check halfway and shake the basket if needed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your perfectly recrisped dish.

Notes

These methods are best for pre-cooked, glazed proteins like chicken, salmon, or pork. Adjust cooking times slightly based on the thickness of your item and the desired crispness. Ensure the dish is already warmed through or at room temperature for best results, as these methods focus on surface crisping.
