  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 0.5 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • (optional) 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine the milk, ashwagandha powder, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is warm and steaming but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat. If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy this soothing beverage about 30 minutes before bed.

Notes

Adjust spice levels to your taste. For a sweeter moon milk, add a touch of honey or maple syrup. Plant-based milks like almond or oat can be used for a dairy-free option.
