  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder

  • In a small saucepan, gently heat the oat or almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a mug or blender.
  • Add the maca powder, ashwagandha powder, and optional sweetener to the warm milk.
  • Whisk vigorously with a small whisk or blend until smooth and frothy.

Notes

For an extra touch, add a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom. Adjust sweetness to your liking with maple syrup or a date. This latte can also be served chilled; simply blend all ingredients with ice for a frosty treat.
