Christmas Waldorf Salad

We've dressed the classic Waldorf salad up for Christmas by swapping out the raisins for festive dried cranberries. A combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise makes the salad creamy while keeping it light.

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 large sweet apple diced
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- ⅓ cup walnut halves toasted and chopped
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and salt in a large bowl. Add apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and cranberries; toss to coat.
