Ingredients
  

  • 10 g Cacao + Reishi powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • optional sweetener honey or maple syrup
  • optional pinch cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add 10g Cacao + Reishi powder to a cup.
  • Mix with a small splash of hot water (about 1-2 tablespoons) to form a smooth paste, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • Gently warm your milk of choice in a saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave until hot but not boiling.
  • Pour the warm milk into the cup with the cacao reishi paste, stirring well until fully combined and smooth.
  • Sweeten to taste if desired, and enjoy this warm, soothing beverage as part of your evening rest ritual.

Notes

For added sweetness, stir in a teaspoon of honey, maple syrup, or a natural sweetener of your choice. A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg can also enhance the flavor. Feel free to use any milk, dairy or non-dairy (almond, oat, or cashew milk work wonderfully) for your preference.
