Ingredients
- 5 whole dried butterfly pea flowers
- 1 cup hot water freshly boiled

Instructions
- Place the dried butterfly pea flowers in a heatproof mug or teapot.
- Pour one cup of freshly boiled hot water over the flowers.
- Allow the flowers to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until the water achieves a deep blue color.
- Strain the steeped flowers and discard them. You now have a beautiful blue tea.
