Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 slices bread any type
  • 1 tsp butter for toast (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place bacon in a cold skillet and cook over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Drain most of the bacon grease from the skillet, leaving about a teaspoon. Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk gently until yolks and whites are just combined. Pour eggs into the skillet.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally with a spatula, until eggs are set to your desired consistency, about 2-4 minutes.
  • While eggs are cooking, toast the bread. Once toasted, butter if desired.
  • Serve scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and toast immediately on a plate.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use turkey bacon and whole-wheat toast. Add a side of fresh fruit or a sprinkle of cheese to the eggs for extra flavor. Adjust cooking times for preferred egg consistency.
